Payments are processed through Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers. Encouraia does not directly store complete payment-card information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Physical products are currently shipped within the United States only.

We offer free U.S. shipping on physical books.

Our current estimated timeframe is:

  • Processing: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping: 5–9 business days

  • Estimated total delivery: 8–14 business days

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the device or software necessary to use their digital purchase.

Because of the nature of digital content, digital purchases are generally final once accessed or downloaded, subject to the terms described in our Refund & Return Policy.
