Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Win 5 Books of Your Choice Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Encouraia (“Sponsor”).
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Google, Klaviyo, Shopify, or any other social media or technology platform through which the Giveaway may be promoted.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on [START DATE] at [START TIME] Eastern Time and ends on [END DATE] at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, visit Encouraia.com and complete the Giveaway signup form by providing a valid email address and any other information requested on the form.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Limit one entry per person/email address during the Giveaway Period.
Automated, fraudulent, duplicate, incomplete, or otherwise improper entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor's discretion.
5. Free Coloring Pages
Individuals who complete the Giveaway signup form may also receive access to 10 free printable Encouraia coloring pages by email.
The free coloring pages are provided as a complimentary digital gift for participating and are separate from the Giveaway prize.
Receiving or downloading the free coloring pages does not affect an entrant's odds of winning.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
Five (5) Encouraia books of the winner's choice.
The winner may select five eligible books currently available from Encouraia, subject to availability and any exclusions identified by the Sponsor.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize will depend on the books selected and will not exceed $[MAXIMUM RETAIL VALUE] USD.
The prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a book or prize of equal or greater value if a selected product becomes unavailable.
7. Winner Selection
After the Giveaway Period ends, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The drawing is expected to take place on or around [DRAWING DATE].
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the Giveaway.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the winner notification.
If the potential winner:

Does not respond within the required period;

Cannot be contacted;

Is determined to be ineligible;

Declines the prize; or
-
Fails to provide information reasonably required to verify eligibility or deliver the prize,
the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor is not responsible for winner notifications that are lost, blocked, filtered into spam or junk folders, or otherwise not received.
9. Prize Delivery
The winner will be required to provide a valid U.S. shipping address for prize delivery.
Standard shipping of the prize will be provided by Encouraia at no cost to the winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses supplied by the winner, or circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.
10. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other expenses associated with accepting the prize that are not expressly included in these Official Rules.
11. Email & Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Encouraia's Privacy Policy.
Where the entrant provides the required marketing consent, Encouraia may send emails containing product information, new releases, special offers, educational or inspirational content, and other marketing communications.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications after submitting an otherwise valid entry will not cancel or invalidate the Giveaway entry.
12. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor regarding the administration of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, uses automated entry methods, interferes with the operation of the Giveaway, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the fairness, security, integrity, or proper operation of the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway is terminated early, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the termination, where appropriate and permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that the Sponsor will not be responsible for technical failures, interrupted internet connections, lost or delayed entries, email delivery failures, website errors, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that may affect participation in the Giveaway.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
14. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to publicly identify the winner by first name and last initial and/or city and state in connection with announcing the Giveaway winner, without additional compensation.
Any additional use of the winner's photograph, likeness, testimonial, or other personal content will be subject to any consent required by applicable law.
15. Social Media Disclaimer
If the Giveaway is shared or promoted through Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, or another social platform, entrants acknowledge that the Giveaway is sponsored and administered solely by Encouraia.
Entrants release the applicable social platforms from responsibility for the administration of the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.
Questions regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Encouraia and not to any social media platform.
16. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer or promotion laws require otherwise.
17. Winner Information
After the winner has been confirmed, individuals may request the winner's first name and last initial by contacting Encouraia at [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] within [30/60/90] days after the Giveaway ends, subject to applicable law.
