Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

All digital products (including journals and ebooks) are delivered instantly after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final once accessed or downloaded.

However, we will provide support or a resolution if:

  • You did not receive your download link
  • Your file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • You accidentally purchased the same product more than once

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We will:

  • Resend your download link
  • Provide a corrected file
  • Or offer an appropriate resolution if necessary

Physical Products (Printed Items)

For physical products (such as printed journals), we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost
  • Or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available
